Does deferred income payment not reported to the IRS get reported on the current year's tax return. If so, were does it go in TurboTax?. If not, when/how is it reported?

This would go on the 2019 return and you will get paperwork that will allow you to report this when you will be filing the 2019 return.

Did you get the deferred payment in 2018?

Was it deferred compensation from the employer?

no.  It is a related to Annaly Capital. Annaly Capital Management, Inc. is a leading diversified capital manager that invests in and finances residential and commercial assets. It shows a deferred date of 1/31/19 on my TD Ameritrade Statement, so I would assume its a dividend that occurred in 2019, so probably would not be report on this year's tax return?
