Does the IRS maximum annual Roth contribution include my employer match?

    Your employer doesn’t match or contribute to your IRA.   An IRA  is outside of work that you contribute to on your own.  You have different kinds of accounts at work like a 401K or a Simple IRA (which is different than a  IRA).

    No, employer matching contribution does not count toward the contribution limit.
