Does Turbo Tax EFile the Free version include the Traditional IRA Form 8606? Will previous Form 8606 be available as well? Example 2018 year.

No, Form 8606 is in the Deluxe, Premier and Self-Employed versions, but it is not included in the Free version.

You can purchase Turbo Tax software for 2018, but if you need Form 8606 you will have to get the Deluxe version.
