Does withdrawing from 401k in 2021 due to covid count as a qualified disaster?

Yes, to qualify for the 401K disaster withdrawal the distribution has to have occurred through June 25, 2021.

    You are not correct.

    There are no qualified disasters designated for 2021.

    The tax software will not let you select 2021.
