Drop-down menus not working

I can’t fill out the forms because none of the drop-down menus are working. When I tried to tap the box for the drop down, the screen dims a bit, and only brightens if I tap outside of the box. This happens with any drop-down menu.I’ve tried to force closing the app, but no luck. I don’t see an option to contact an agent either. It seemed to be working when I try the 2024 return, but it didn’t work for 2023 or 2022.

If you were amending the 2022 or 2023 return the dropdown menus should work. But if your return has been submitted then the software doesn't make changes to the returns. If you need to change the returns you should go to the 'amend' button and then you can alter them.
