Duplicate error in line 18 to 20

Turbo tax is giving error of duplicate in line 18 to 20 upon review.  I have 2 line 18 to 20 on my w2. Only the dollar amounts are different.  Same locality name, same State. 

Should I combine?

    You are seeing a duplication of lines 18 through 20 on a W-2.

     

    The dollars amounts differ but the state and locality name are the same.

     

    I would combine the two lines into one and delete the extra line of data.
