I have pledged to contribute to IRA accnt between 1/1/18 & 4/15/18. How do I transmit proof of contributions with returns?

If you are making the IRA contributions for the 2017 tax year and you reported these contributions on your 2017 tax return that has already been filed, then there is nothing else that you need to send to the IRS with regard to those contributions.

The financial institution where you are making the contributions will report the total amount contributed to the IRS for them to reconcile it with your return that was filed.

If this is not what you were trying to ask, please add more details.
