Entered 2 ssa 1099s and ttax summary shows 0 income and total withholding as refund ?

I suspect a software problem, not data entry.

    If  SSA-1099's are the only income you've received in 2018, it is correct.  Social security is NOT taxable if it's the only income you had.

    File for a refund of your withholding.  You could contact the SSA and ask them to stop withholding money from your monthly check.

    You will have to file by mail, or add $1 of interest and then efile.
