Question

Entering a 1099-INT and Box 15 "State" does not list South Dakota as an option. Please advise why.

How do I post the income to South Dakota?

for a non-income-taxing state like SD, TX, WA , FL...etc, you leave boxes 15 16 and 17 entirely blank on that 1099-INT...no letters, no numbers, no spaces, no-nothing.
