    I can not pull up my 2024 tax return that I have save to file or make changes. I am on windows 11

    and have opened it 3 times before to make changes.

     

    A window comes up"error in opening tax return"  When I click on "OK" it just start me a new return.

    It's possible that Windows BitLocker may be blocking you from receiving TurboTax updates properly. 

     

    Here's more info on how to suspend Windows BitLocker.
