Using TurboTax Deluxe 2024 and I need to pay estimated taxes plus I am converting $214,000 IRA to a Roth.  How do I add the Roth conversion $$ with the other amounts in TurboTax so it calculates my quarterly payments.

When you work through the W-4 and estimated tax routine in TurboTax, under Other Tax Forms in the Other Tax Situations menu, you will come to a screen that says Enter 2025 Other Income. That is where you will enter the taxable portion of your Roth IRA conversion to determine your 2025 estimated taxes:

Does that mean I enter the taxable Roth amount only or all taxable income plus the Roth?

As you go through the section used to calculate the estimated payments for your 2025 taxes, there will be several categories to enter.  For the Other Income category, you would only include the Roth conversion amount.  Other categories will cover items that you reported on your 2024 return on their own where you can adjust them if you expect them to change for 2025.
