Failed to report indirect IRA roll over and now I received CP2000

I did not report an indirect ira rollover in 2018 and now I have received a cp2000 what do I do now?

    Answer the IRS letter with your explanation that you failed to report the indirect rollover and include a copy of the 2018 1099-R for the distribution and 5498 from the receiving financial institution that shows the amount of the 1099-R distribution was in fact deposited into another IRA and state that this was done within the 60 day time limit for rollovers.     That should take care of it.
