Federal withholding for 1099 is not adding up correctly.Is this a bug that needs to be addressed?

Federal withholding is over stated by $1500.
Therefore, I cannot add my estimated tax payment of $1500 to line 26.
How can this be fixed.? Thank you

Perhaps the program carried over your estimated tax payment of 1500 from your last years return.

Please look at the estimated tax payments entered in that section of TurboTax and also by viewing your 1040 Line 26.
