Filing as Married Filed Joint: my Retirement is 15k per year. Spouse is 10K with PT job. What is the All Tax credits?Online Calc shows 4,213 but I didn't add anything?

Is Tax credit some calculation for those with retirement and low income? I still have not taken in account standard deduction 29,200. How can I figure these calculations as I need to tap into retirement to keep up with inflation as I won't get SS yet. 15+10- $4,213 [less Standard Deduction] but I can't buy TurboTax software till new year? Am on the right track as I need to keep up with inflation I need some emergency funds. SS starts next year!
