For 1099-NEC, the State copy 1, do I give this copy to my contractors to file with the state or do I send this copy to the state?

You file Copy 1 with your state revenue department.

You give copy B and copy 2 to the recipient. The recipient, if required, will file copy 2 with his state return.

I used Quick Employer Forms and it created Copy B for recipient, Copy 1 for State and Copy C for Payer. It did not create a Copy 2. How do I get a Copy 2 for recipient?
