For California State Tax Return, there is a 'FICA and Railroad Retirement Sick Pay Benefits'. Is this for Railroad specific FICA?

I assume so, but do I have to enter the FICA taxes paid even though I am not associated with the railroad retirement benefits?

No, you don't have to enter the FICA taxes that you paid. This question is asking if you received a specific type of sick pay benefit.
