Question

For Social Security benefits from Form SSA-1099, the Turbo Tax form says enter Medicare Part C benefits that were deducted. What if I paid them but it wasn't deducted?

I paid the Medicare Part C premiums via a monthly payment from my bank account. It wasn't deducted from my Social Security payment. It is for the Part C dental rider.

You can enter your Medicare part C expenses in the Form SSA-1099 section even if they were not deducted from your benefits. They will get recorded as medical insurance expenses that may benefit you if you itemize your deductions. It will not affect the taxation of your social security benefits. Just make sure you don't enter them again if you visit the medical expenses section.
