Form 1099-G

I got a form1099-G from CA FTB but only box 2 has the amount. There's no Box1 and Box 3 states...Box 2 amount is for tax year 2021. I always file using standard deductions not itemized. How should I enter this form?

    If you did not deduct state income tax in 2021, you do not have to enter the 1099-G.  Occasionally they are sent in error.  The IRS will be able to see on your 2021 tax return that you did not itemize.
