Question

Form 1099R. Fed Tax shows issue with State Witholding . I was finished, paid everything wouldn’t let me sign form ! Why didn’t this issue show up earlier ??

I put in exactly what was on the Form.Box 14a. I’m not paying extra for some tax expert when this problem should have shown up earlier NOT when I about to sign forms . WHY didn’t this issue come up earlier ???
