Form 5329 T filled out in eror

I have not been able to delete this form filled out in error , not even edit it. What can I do?

You can delete the 1099-R forms you may have entered.

Try again to delete Form 5329 again if it still exists

Reenter the 1099-R

Did you take a distribution that is subject to a penalty or contribute too must to a retirement plan?

Do you know why Form 5329 was generated?

Thank you Kris. I seems to have worked to go back to the 1099Rs and I was able to see what I did (entered a number instead of a 0) that generated the 5329 that I couldn't delete nor edit. But editing the 1099 R removed the 5329 and all appears to be well now!
