Form 8606

My investment company tells me I need to file Form 8606 since I took a distribution from a Roth IRA.  I have reported this on my turbotax information.  Why is it not generating the form for me?  Thank you

    Are you over 59 1/2 and had the Roth IRA for 5 years? Then this distribution is a Qualified Distribution and Form 8606 isn't filled out.
