Good morning...are there are benefits for a 80% disabled veteran for state tax in Colorado?

There are indeed some state-level benefits in Colorado available to veterans, including those with disabilities.  You can read about some of them in more detail from the following sources.

First, this Colorado state government publication is quite helpful, including especially the "Tax Benefits" section found on Page 2:
