Question

Have a 1099-R. Put information into the system per form. System is stating needs to be reviewed, gross distribution monies are more than taxable amount, is this why?

Everything has been put into the system correctly, system wishes to delete this form! Needs to be a part of income! What is going on here? Any suggestions?

If you had this same 1099-R last year, this is likely the problem.

TurboTax transfers pertinent information from last year's return into the current return. One of the things that transfers is sources of income. So there is likely a blank "ghost" form 1099-R that just needs to be deleted. And the one you entered this year will remain.
