I received a check from Us Treasury with the amount of 599$,that was exactly the amount that I owed IRS and that I paid a month ago,there was no explanation regarding the check,inside the envelope was only the check.I paid the amount that I owed through my bank account and it was accepted,no idea why this amount is coming back?
