Hi! Final check issue. Message is: "Form 1099R. "Box 14a NYS withholdings cannot be greater than or equal to gross distribution. Under Care Act rules, I took no distr.

Under the Cares Act, i reimbursed all IRA distribution but kept NYS withholding intact. Question: How do I resolve this Turbo review question and continue the filing process? Thank you!

Normally "gross distribution" means the amount BEFORE any repayment. Did you enter the 1099-R *exactly* as you received it, WITHOUT deducting your repayment? (Repayments that reduce net 1099-R income are usually entered later.)
