How can I add a scanned copy of my 1099-R form to my 2019 tax return

You cannot add a scanned copy to the software.  If you cannot import it directly from the issuer then you need to key it in manually.

 

To enter your retirement income, Go to  Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA  401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
