How can I amend my virginia state income tax only as I didn't take credit for military retirement deduction. This will have no impact on Federal Income Tax submission?

virginia gives a $10000 deduction of military retirement pay if individual is over 55 years of age. I didn't include this deduction and want to amend my 2022 virginia state income tax return
