How can I be sure I'm not being taxed on my direct rollover? (It was a pre-tax to an IRA)

I had the same example last year and it worked out. This year it seems the rollover amount has been added to my AGI.

If entered correctly into TurboTax, the amount directly rolled over from an employer's qualified retirement plan into a traditional IRA will be excluded from line 16b of Form 1040 (or from line 12b of Form 1040A).  The word ROLLOVER will appear next to the line.
