How can I enter my 1099-R income information myself and not through my bank?

If there are any entries for 1099-R, you can delete them and then select the button that says that you wish to type it in yourself.

Here's the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

• Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
• In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
• In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
• Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.

Once you delete the unused form (if any)....you start a NEW 1099-R form:

On the page that wants you to select or enter a bank ?  ...... you don't ...instead you click on

"Change how I enter my form" at the bottom of that page.

.......and then on the next page you click on

"Type it in myself"

Then on the next pages you enter all the info on the worksheet form.
