Question

How can I get TurboTax to let me file form 5329 for an early IRA distribution that is a 72(t) SEPP distribution? It is not in the "Do any of these situations apply".

My financial advisor moved my investments to a new firm and they did not issue my 1099-R form wit h the correct code in box 7.

    The particular exception is for receiving the distribution as part of a series of substantially equal periodic payments.  Indicate the amount in the box labeled with that exception.
