How can I override TT error claiming I have excess accumulation in retirement account?
Have not made any contributions in years but TT says I have $17k in excess and wants to tax me $7k extra for that. Cannot find where to override
Dud you get any 1099R forms for distributions or RMD? There was a problem that was fixed on Feb 20. You need to go back through the 1099R entries and revisit the answers. The questions have changed so your prior answers won’t be right especially if you answered them with a work around to make them come out right.
