How can I retrieve one of my 1099-R forms for retirement income that Turbotax is unable to access?

I can access the retirement fund manager's site using the UserID and pw I provided Turbotax, but the program says it did not work.

If you are unable to import the 1099-R form into TurboTax, you can download a PDF of the 1099-R form from the retirement fund manager's site. Just follow the on screen directions in TurboTax for importing 1099-R from a PDF.

 

If that doesn't work either, you can always, type the information in manually.
