How can I reverse TurboTax thinking I want to withdrawal from my retirement fund?

Try reviewing your forms in TurboTax and deleting any 1099R and also the 1099R Summary. While in your return in TurboTax:

• In the left hand column select "Tax Tools"
• Select "Tools"
• Select "Delete a form"
• Review for 1099R then delete
• Review for 1099R Summary then delete
• After deleting  selected form then "Back"
• Run your Federal review again.
• Print your return and review amounts.

If you are in Desktop, go into "Forms" mode and review the 1099R. While in your return in Desktop:

1. In the upper right hand corner Select "Forms"
2. Now in the left hand column of the screen, select the 1099R form then Delete Form from the Forms link in the top menu.
3. To return to Step-By-Step, select in the upper right hand corner.

While in Forms Mode review the forms listing for red !. You will need to correct these in order to efile.
