This is not helpful; unless it shows it after I've already paid and filed my taxes, currently I see nowhere at all that Turbo Tax will show me this (or any) form by name. There is no way I can see that Turbo Tax is actually removing the exempt portion of the military retirement pay from my taxable State income.

As has always been the case with the online version of TurboTax, unless you qualify to use the Free version you must pay for TurboTax before you can see the forms. You'll then have the opportunity to review the forms and make changes to your tax return before filing.
