Where is "the interview"?

The interview is referring to the series of questions TurboTax asks you.

You'll first add the 1099-R, then answer the questions "interview" pertaining to the distribution.

‌Here are the steps to add the 1099-R TurboTax Online:

Navigate to Federal > Wages & Income > IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) Add/Edit
Enter the information from the 1099-R, continue through the interview questions.
