    I am going to assume you mean the AL sch RS, retirement schedule. Follow these steps to exempt your AL income:

    1. Enter your program.
    2. Open up the AL state section
    3. Go through it until you see About Your Retirement Distributions
    4. Locate your military pay
    5. Select Edit/ review
    6. Alabama special handling, is your distribution not taxed?
    7. Select YES
    8. Reason for Exempt Distribution
    9. Select your reason from the drop down
    10. Continue
    11. You will now see 0 showing under taxable AL pension.
