How do I correct: taxable amount should not be zero if there is no prior year excess traditional IRA contribution on line 4 of the IRA Information Worksheet?

This message seems to suggest that you entered a zero in box 2a of a Form 1099-R that reports a regular distribution from a traditional IRA.  Such a Form 1099-R must be entered exactly as received with the amount in box 2a being the same as the amount in box 1.
