How do I correct the block asking for the insurance premium contributed by myself as a retired law enforcement officer?

Go back to the 1099-R section and select Review or Update next to the 1099-R with the insurance premiums. Carefully go through the screens until you come to those questions and update your responses. To get back to that section, type 1099-r into the search bar and hit enter. Use the Jump to 1099-r link in the search results.
