How do I enter a Cash In Lieu payment reported on a 1099-B form for .300 shares paid to me which totaled $29.26 in Turbo Tax?

I would report it as the sale of .30 shares of xyz with a cost basis of $0.00, acquisition date of "Various" and indicate it is Short Term, cost basis not reported.
