How do I enter box 4 federal income tax withheld from the 1099 DIV form? The turbo tax screen is only allowing box 1-2

In TurboTax Online, on the entry screen of form 1099-DIV, click on the check mark box My form has info in other boxes (this is uncommon).

Other boxes will appear. And you can enter the amount of taxes withheld in Box 4.
