How do I enter HSA contributions in PA state return in Turbotax? The contributions do not carry over from the Federal form 1040?

First, were these HSA contributions reported on your W-2 in box 12 with a code of W, or were these contributions made directly to the HSA custodian?

Second, were would you expect these HSA contributions to appear on the PA return?

Note that the code W amount on your W-2 has been removed from federal compensation and so will not appear on line 1a of the PA-40.
