When you enter the K-1 and report the amount in Box  20 with the code A, the amounts will automatically go to Form 4952.   However, unless you have entered Investment Interest Expenses in the Retirement and Investments Deductions section of TurboTax, the form will not be active in your return.

If you have reported investment expenses, both amounts will be found on Form 4952.  Any deductible expense from Form 4952 is transferred to Schedule A (itemized deductions) Line 9.
