The PUA 1099-G would be entered the same way as any other 1099-G.   In the Federal Section under Income and Expenses go to:

  1. Scroll to Other Common Income and select Other 1099-G Income
  2. Click on "Start"
  3. Click "Yes" on the screen Government Payments (1099-G) and click Continue
  4. Continue to answer the questions and move through the question for entering your 1099-G
