How do I enter retirement income from my deceased spouse?

I receive retirement income from the Defense and Finance Department from based on service from 
 my deceased spouse, Where do I enter it on my tax form?

All retirement income is reported in the same section and is included in the link below.  Be sure you look at the number of your document to make the correct selection when you begin.
