How do I find my Payer's federal ID number if I haven't received a 1099-G form?

You should contact your state unemployment commission for a copy of your Form 1099-G and/or ask them for the Federal ID number. Often you will have access to your tax forms online at the unemployment commission website if there is an online account where you manage your benefits. The Federal ID number may be found there as well.
