How do I find out my taxable income for 2019? This NY form is asking me for my taxable income for 2019. I don't if they want federal or state? And what is "IT-203-X"?

i'm being ask for new york tax income (IT-201-X or IT-203-X)? i don't even know what that means. I'm new at this. Thank you all for your help.
