How do I fix the error boxes 18-20 if filled in correctly from the W2?

I entered my husband's second W2 using the screen shot option. He has a W2 that says page 1 at the bottom and another W2 that says page 2. The boxes on Pg 2 for Local Taxes (boxes 18-20) have different numbers. The screenshot put all of the numbers into turbotax, but it's giving an error that this is not correct. There are 2 different amounts for the county where he works (listed twice with different amounts), plus our county where we live (not the same county) with different numbers. Should this all be one number? Pg 2 has just the county he works and just the one number.
