I need my 1099R from office of personnel management retirement operations it has not come and I am afraid its lost what do I do

You can download your Form 1099-R by logging into your account online: https://www.opm.gov/retirement-services/my-annuity-and-benefits/services-online/.

You can also call them and request that they send a copy of your Form 1099-R at (888) 767-6738.

Edited to add: I just wanted to let you know this is the correct number but it isn't working right now because they are experiencing high call volume. They indicate this on their website as well.

Ask the plan for another copy. Or maybe you can log into your retirement or ira account and get it.

Your 1099R For what year? The plan will send out the 1099R by Jan 31 for the prior year. So 2021 1099R won't come out until next January or early February. Ask the plan.

TurboTax does not have your Form 1099-R. You get the form from the plan administrator who should have mailed the form to you no later than 01/31/2022.
