How do I get the turbotax to show all of the withheld income taxes?

Yes, there is a way for you to view all the income taxes paid, which includes federal state and local.  To view these:

1) Log into your turbo tax return Select federal>deductions and credits>  

2) Select all tax breaks>Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>income taxes paid>

3) Select Revisit (it may be start depending on your screen)

4) You will reach a screen that says "About income taxes paid" Right below it is a line that tells you the total income taxes withheld that have been reported so far. It will read, These are the income taxes ($) you've already paid in 2019.  Next to it is a link explaining where the other income taxes come from.
