Question

How do I get to a live agent (I paid for service) who has experience with IRA planning tool and the retirement savings portion of the Federal taxes? Chat isn't helping.

The tax calculations and the IRA planner module came to different conclusions. I've asked 3 live agents and their knowledge doesn't go beyond what I can read for myself and which is not giving me actionable answers. Help!
